Audio Playlist Requirements
We accept Spotify and Apple Music Playlist Links (Spotify Preferred)
If you’d prefer to send your own audio files, simply type ‘Emailed Audio’ in both playlist fields, then email your files to softsculpturesco@gmail.com
Each playlist link must be 20 minutes or less. You can include up to 9 tracks per side.
If your playlist exceeds the time limit, we’ll remove the last song to ensure proper audio processing.

To ensure the best results, please make it as HIGH resolution as possible. Label the files as Front, Back, Side A, & Side B. This will allow us to know the placement of the photos :)
Black Vinyl:
- Front/Back Covers: 3675 X 3675 pixels
- Side Label Stickers: 1200 X 1200 pixels
Picture Vinyl:
- Front/Back Covers: 3675 X 3675 pixels
- Side Label Stickers: 3540 X 3540 pixels
Photo Format: JPG/JPEG or PNG

Shipping & Returns
Vinyls will take 1-2 weeks to ship from our facilities. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and vary during Holiday Season.
Due to the custom nature of this item, returns & exchanges are not accepted.
NOTE (11/29/24): We currently have a high order volume. Due to this it will take 3 weeks to process your vinyl record.
